Good Knowledge of: DFMEA,DFA, DFM, APQP, PFMEA and New Project Handling.
Good experience of working with QS 9000 & ISO/TS16949
Preparation of manuals
Basic engineering Design of pressure vessel, piping, chemical equipment, machine design and improvement in existing
     plant and machinery.
Engineering 3D plant and assembly modeling and subsequently generating plant and piping G.A., sectional and detail
     drawing for manufacturing using Pro/E, AutoCAD any version.
Application of ASME section viii Div 1 for pressure vessel design and ANSI B4.2 for tolerance determination.
Project planning, execution using MS PROJECT and creating 3D animated technical project presentations for project
     review as well as for training.
CNC tool path generation on screen for visualization and program generation for CNC manufacturing using Pro/E
     (PRO/NC)
Mechanism design and Kinematics and dynamic analysis of machine link mechanism using Pro/E.
Sensitivity analysis and design optimization using Pro/E.
PDMS using Pro/Piping
